Problem

Trismik had just closed its pre-seed and needed to move immediately. They had a specific brief: a software engineer with hands-on LLM and AI experience, capable of building and deploying with Claude, and based in South or Eastern Europe to fit their budget. No time for a drawn-out search, no room for a mis-hire at this stage.

Outcome

Alteam ran an AI-powered sourcing process and delivered a shortlist of five strong, criteria-matched candidates within two days. From there, we managed the interview process end to end, worked closely with their CTO on technical fit, and drove it to a close within a month.

Impact

Trismik went from a brief to a signed offer in under four weeks, with a hire who matched every criterion: the right skills, the right location, and the right budget.
