
Glide was drowning in inbound customer service requests, with high call and email volumes straining their team and eroding operational efficiency. They had a capable in-house back-end team but needed a dedicated front-end squad to design and build a consumer app that could take real pressure off their CS function while also creating a new channel for upselling energy packages.
