1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of Alteam’s platforms and services through:

Alteam Augment: our AI-driven client application that generates service quotations, project proposals, and provides agency-like services.
Alteam Hire: We use our AI talentOS to match and source single talent and teams for contracting and permanent roles.

By using our website, app, or services, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Definitions

Client – any company, startup, or organisation requesting services, quotations, or hiring support through Alteam.
Sub-Contractor– an individual freelancer, independent contractor, or third party agency listed that offers professional services via Alteam.
Sub-Contractor Agreement – an agreement between Alteam and a freelancer, agency, or subcontracted provider that defines their working relationship, confidentiality, IP transfer, payment terms, and compliance with UK regulations (including IR35)
Service Package / Quote – an AI-generated project estimate detailing potential scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost, for information purposes only (non-binding).
Statement of Work (SOW) – a legally binding document outlining project deliverables, milestones, responsibilities, and payment structure between Alteam and the Client.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) – defines performance standards, quality, and service expectations under a specific SOW.
